WebCraftWorks Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement and Company

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you (the “Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Primelife Management, LLC, doing business as WebCraftWorks (“WebCraftWorks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using webcraftworks.com, submitting a project or Starter Site application, approving a proposal, purchasing a service, or completing a WebCraftWorks checkout, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the applicable service.

2. Free Starter Site Program

The Free Starter Site Program is a limited-scope website program for eligible businesses. For an approved Starter Site, WebCraftWorks charges $0 for the standard design and build of one professional webpage with up to seven sections. The $0 design/build offer does not include multi-page websites, online stores, custom web applications, portals, memberships, databases, advanced integrations, custom-coded systems, extensive copywriting, custom photography/video, or other work outside the standard Starter Site scope unless WebCraftWorks expressly agrees in writing.

WebCraftWorks may decline an application or classify requested work as a custom project when the requested scope, complexity, content, industry, compliance requirements, functionality, or level of customization falls outside the Starter Site Program.

3. Required Managed Hosting & Care Subscription

An active Managed Hosting & Care subscription is required for a Free Starter Site. The current Starter Site Hosting & Care price is $19.99 per month unless a different amount is shown and accepted at checkout. This charge is for the ongoing hosting and care service; it is not an installment payment for the website design/build.

Managed Hosting & Care includes the hosting environment, SSL, routine security measures, backups, routine technical maintenance, and ordinary technical care needed to keep the hosted Starter Site available. It does not include unlimited content changes, redesigns, new sections, new functionality, custom development, third-party subscriptions, marketing campaigns, SEO campaigns, advertising management, or services not expressly listed as included.

The subscription renews automatically each month using the payment method provided at checkout until canceled or terminated. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for Managed Hosting & Care at the agreed rate, plus applicable taxes. Optional add-ons and domain registration are not automatically included in the initial Hosting & Care checkout unless a later written checkout or agreement expressly says otherwise.

4. Optional Add-Ons

Optional Starter Site tools may include booking setup, online-payment setup, AI chatbot service, advanced forms, Google Business integration, email-signup integration, and other requested functionality. Selecting an add-on in the application is a request for review; it does not by itself create a charge or obligate WebCraftWorks to provide the add-on.

WebCraftWorks will review the requested add-on, confirm whether the standard scope applies, disclose the applicable WebCraftWorks fee and known required third-party costs, and send a separate secure payment link, invoice, or written approval request before activation. One-time add-ons are charged once. Any recurring add-on is billed at the interval disclosed and accepted in the separate checkout or agreement until canceled or removed according to its terms.

Third-party costs are not included unless expressly stated. These can include booking-platform subscriptions, merchant-processing fees, SMS or email usage, AI/model usage, premium plugins, external software subscriptions, payment-provider fees, or other vendor charges.

The initial Free Starter Site Stripe checkout is for Managed Hosting & Care only. Optional add-ons are not automatically added to that checkout. WebCraftWorks is not required to activate a paid add-on until its separate charge or billing terms have been approved and, when required, paid.

5. Domains

If you already own a domain, you may keep it and authorize WebCraftWorks to connect it to the hosted website. You remain responsible for keeping your registrar account, ownership information, and renewals current unless WebCraftWorks separately manages the domain for you.

A standard eligible domain registered and managed through WebCraftWorks is currently $25 per year unless otherwise agreed. Domain registration is handled separately from the initial Hosting & Care checkout. WebCraftWorks first checks availability and then sends a separate secure payment request before registration. Premium, aftermarket, unusually priced, restricted, or special domains are quoted separately. Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration succeeds. Registrar and registry rules also apply.

6. Client Content and Permissions

You are responsible for providing accurate business information and for having all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary for text, logos, photos, videos, trademarks, reviews, testimonials, product information, and other materials you provide. You authorize WebCraftWorks to use, edit, resize, format, and publish those materials solely as reasonably needed to perform the services.

You are responsible for reviewing the site for factual accuracy, pricing, legal disclosures, professional claims, regulated-industry requirements, accessibility obligations applicable to your business, privacy notices, and other business-specific compliance requirements. WebCraftWorks does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, or regulatory advice.

7. Build Process, Revisions, and Launch

Project timing depends on complete and timely Client information, approvals, domain access, and any required third-party credentials. WebCraftWorks may pause work when information or approvals are missing. Starter Sites are produced within a standardized program and are not equivalent to fully bespoke custom-design engagements.

Reasonable corrections needed to complete the initial agreed Starter Site may be made during the build process. Ongoing edits, redesign requests, new sections, additional pages, or new functionality after the agreed Starter Site scope may be quoted separately.

8. Ownership, Content, and WebCraftWorks Technology

You retain ownership of original content, logos, images, trademarks, and other materials that you supply and own. WebCraftWorks retains ownership of its pre-existing and reusable technology, templates, frameworks, source code, libraries, design systems, automation, know-how, internal tools, and other reusable components used to create or operate the service.

The Free Starter Site is provided as part of the active Managed Hosting & Care service. Unless WebCraftWorks separately agrees in writing to a transfer or buyout, cancellation of Hosting & Care does not automatically transfer WebCraftWorks source code, templates, reusable components, hosting configuration, or a portable copy of the Starter Site to the Client.

9. Cancellation, Failed Payments, and Suspension

You may cancel future recurring Hosting & Care charges through the available Stripe/customer-management process or by contacting WebCraftWorks with sufficient information to identify the subscription. Unless required otherwise by law or expressly agreed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and previously paid fees are not prorated or refunded.

If a recurring payment fails, is reversed, disputed, remains unpaid, or the subscription is canceled, WebCraftWorks may suspend, unpublish, restrict, or discontinue the hosted Starter Site and any related recurring paid services at or after the end of the paid service period, or earlier when reasonably necessary to prevent loss, abuse, fraud, or security risk. WebCraftWorks may remove hosted files and backups after a reasonable retention period. Clients should not rely on WebCraftWorks backups as their sole archive of business content.

10. Transfer or Buyout Requests

A Client who wants to move a Free Starter Site away from WebCraftWorks may request a transfer or buyout quote. Availability, scope, format, transfer assistance, and any fee depend on the site and technology used. Client-owned content and eligible domain rights are treated separately from WebCraftWorks proprietary templates, systems, and reusable code. No transfer is complete until any agreed transfer terms and outstanding balances are satisfied.

11. Custom Websites and E-Commerce Projects

Multi-page websites, online stores/e-commerce, portals, memberships, custom databases, APIs, web applications, advanced automation, and other work outside the Starter Site Program are custom projects. Submitting a custom-project form does not create a payment obligation or subscription. A custom project proceeds only after WebCraftWorks provides and the Client accepts the applicable proposal, quote, statement of work, invoice, checkout, or other written commercial terms.

12. Payments, Taxes, and Refunds

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. You authorize the processor and WebCraftWorks to charge the amounts and billing intervals you approve at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added or calculated by the payment processor where required. Payment-processor terms and privacy practices also apply.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in a written refund policy or project agreement, fees for completed billing periods, activated one-time services, domain registrations, third-party charges, and completed custom work are non-refundable.

13. Third-Party Services

WebCraftWorks websites may integrate third-party services such as Stripe, Google, scheduling providers, analytics platforms, email services, AI providers, social platforms, maps, plugins, and other vendors. WebCraftWorks does not control those services and is not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account suspensions, price changes, data practices, or discontinued functionality. You agree to comply with the terms of third-party services you choose to use.

14. Acceptable Use

You may not use WebCraftWorks services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious, or security-compromising activity. You may not upload malware, unauthorized copyrighted material, unlawful content, or content that violates third-party rights. WebCraftWorks may refuse, suspend, or terminate services that create legal, security, reputational, or operational risk.

15. Availability and Disclaimer

WebCraftWorks will use commercially reasonable efforts to operate and maintain hosted services, but no website, hosting service, third-party platform, network, or security system can be guaranteed to operate without interruption, error, attack, or data loss. Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. WebCraftWorks does not guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, conversion rates, advertising results, or uninterrupted third-party service availability.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebCraftWorks and Primelife Management, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunity, or damages arising from third-party services, outages, security incidents, search rankings, or Client-provided content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount the Client paid WebCraftWorks for that specific service during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebCraftWorks, Primelife Management, LLC, and their owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from Client-provided content, infringement of third-party rights, unlawful use of the services, inaccurate business claims, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by WebCraftWorks’ own conduct for which indemnification is not permitted by law.

18. Changes to Services and Terms

WebCraftWorks may update these Terms, service features, or pricing for future purchases. Material changes to an existing recurring subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider requirements. The version posted on this page shows the current effective date.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes informally.

Important: These Terms are intended as WebCraftWorks’ operating terms and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before large-scale commercial rollout, especially for state-specific automatic-renewal, consumer-contract, privacy, accessibility, and subscription requirements.
