Is the website really built for $0?

Yes, for eligible standard plan websites. The design and build has no upfront creation fee. You pay the required recurring monthly website hosting & care subscription. Separate custom development, premium software, domain registration or large catalog work is approved before charging.

What is included in the $9.99 plan?

A one-page business landing page with up to seven sections, mobile-responsive layout, hosting, SSL, contact actions and basic SEO setup.

What if I already own a domain?

Keep it. Tell us the domain in the application. We will provide the connection steps needed to point it to the WebCraftWorks website. There is no $25 WebCraftWorks domain-registration charge when you keep your existing domain.

Can my website accept payments?

Yes. Select online payments in the application. The preferred setup is for customer payments to go directly into your own merchant/payment account.

What if I have 100 or 1,000 products?

The store can be scoped for a larger catalog. If you manage or import products yourself, catalog size does not automatically mean manual-entry fees. If WebCraftWorks must enter or migrate a large catalog, we quote that workload separately.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. A one-page site can grow into a multi-page website, booking system, online store, AI chatbot, SEO campaign or other business system as needed.

How much is a new domain?

A standard new domain registered and managed through WebCraftWorks is $25/year, billed annually. Premium, aftermarket or unusually priced domains are quoted before purchase.

Is hosting recurring?

Yes. The Free Website Program requires an active recurring monthly hosting & care subscription. The website plan keeps the site hosted, secured and managed.

What if I need more than five pages or custom functionality?

Select Custom Website in the application. We scope the design/development work and the recurring hosting plan separately for larger websites, portals, memberships, databases, APIs and advanced integrations.
